Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SupplementLabs.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in the EU must comply with applicable GDPR regulations.
2. Account Registration
You may use certain features without an account. To access personalized features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription Tiers
SupplementLabs.ai offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Limited AI coach conversations per month at no cost
- Basic: Expanded message quota, saved stacks, AI-generated plans
- Personal Coach: Full access including blood test analysis, structured programs, priority responses, and advanced analytics
Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
- Unused message credits do not carry over between billing periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent message limits or subscription restrictions
- Use the AI coach to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
6. Health and Supplement Content Disclaimer
SupplementLabs.ai provides AI-generated supplement information and recommendations. This content:
- Is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice
- Should not be relied upon for medical decisions
- May not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions, medications, or allergies
- Is based on general knowledge and your stated goals — not a clinical evaluation
Always consult your doctor or a licensed healthcare provider before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.
7. Blood Test Analysis
Blood test PDF analysis (available on paid tiers) is for educational context only. The AI interprets lab values to suggest potentially relevant supplements — this is not a medical interpretation and does not replace evaluation by a qualified clinician.
8. Analytics & Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure website performance and advertising effectiveness. By using the Service, you consent to analytics tracking as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. You may opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on and opt out of Meta advertising at Facebook Ad Preferences.
9. Affiliate Links & Disclosures
Some product recommendations include affiliate links to Amazon and iHerb. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed as required by the FTC and applicable EU regulations. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by SupplementLabs.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as health information and uploaded files). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SupplementLabs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health information provided will be accurate or complete.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where SupplementLabs.ai operates.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
